Business Disclosures Under Japanese Law

Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure

This page provides business information disclosures required under the Japanese Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法). This English version is provided for reference only; the Japanese version is the official, legally binding version under Japanese law. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

The following information is disclosed by Corrado Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") regarding the "Gemix" service ("Service") in accordance with the Japanese Specified Commercial Transactions Act. We are committed to providing the Service with transparency and reliability, and to protecting the rights and interests of our customers.


Payment Methods

Payment Method: Service fees shall be paid by credit card.

Payment Timing: Payment is automatically processed using the credit card information provided at the time of application, after grading is completed. Fees at the service level declared at the time of application apply even for cards deemed ineligible for grading or for cards that fail to meet the Minimum Grade (MG).

Late Payment Interest: Where payment is delayed, late payment interest accrues at an annual rate of 14.6%.

Storage Fee: Where credit card payment fails, a storage fee of 1,000 yen (tax inclusive) per day will apply. Where the delay reaches 25 days or more, ownership of the cards is deemed waived; however, storage fees will continue to accrue.


Shipping Fees

Shipping to Us: Shipping fees for sending cards to us shall be borne by the customer.

Return Shipping (Within Japan): A flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax inclusive) applies for return shipments within Japan. However, where return is required due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as failed payment), the cost shall be borne by the customer. Where multiple orders are returned together in a single shipment, no refund or adjustment of shipping fees will be made.

Return Shipping (International): International return shipping fees vary depending on destination and weight. The applicable amount will be calculated and displayed on the order confirmation screen at the time of application.


Delivery Time

Delivery Time: As a general rule, we will ship the graded items, including the grading results, within approximately 30 business days from the date we receive the cards from the customer.


Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Return Policy: The Service is a service-provision arrangement. Due to its nature, once the graded items have been delivered, we cannot accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer. Furthermore, no cancellation will be accepted after we have received the cards from the customer. Please review our Terms of Service carefully before applying for the Service.

Defective Service Response: Where, after delivery, a manifest error is identified in the grading result, we will perform a re-grading at our expense and return the corrected result to the customer.
