Shipping Guidelines
Step-by-step packing instructions to safely ship your precious cards to us.
Please follow each step carefully.

STEP 1
Prepare Your PDF
Print out the PDF submission form.

STEP 2
Protect Your Cards
Place your cards in clear sleeves, then insert them into card savers or top loaders for protection.*Card savers recommended
Please use loose-fitting soft sleeves.

STEP 3
Secure with Cardboard
Stack your card savers or top loaders in ascending order by submission number, sandwich them between cardboard sheets, and secure with rubber bands vertically and horizontally.*Tape is not allowed
If the quantity is too large to sandwich between cardboard, please pack appropriately with cushioning material to prevent cards from shifting

STEP 4
Wrap with Bubble Wrap
Wrap the cardboard bundle in bubble wrap and place it in a box filled with cushioning material.
Wrap bubble wrap evenly around all four sides of the cards for thorough protection

Include Your PDF
Place the printed PDF on top and seal the box.

Yamato Transport (ヤマト運輸) or Yu-Pack (ゆうパック) only. Mailbox delivery not accepted. Takkyubin Compact Box recommended.

If your package does not arrive within 10 business days of submission, your account may be restricted.

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please use prepaid shipping (元払い/motobara — sender pays).

Hard-type sleeves, tight-fit sleeves, and double sleeving are not allowed.

Full-protect sleeves and magnetic loaders are not allowed.

Use rubber bands to secure cardboard protection. Tape is not allowed.
7
Do not use tape or adhesive materials inside the cardboard box.

Packing methods other than those described above may not be eligible for damage compensation.
